Outdoor LED screen advertising operates in a rotation format with an average time of 30 seconds per spot. The total advertising time in one day ranges from 16 to 18 hours.
For example: If a customer advertises for an average of 30 seconds per spot over a period of 7 days, with a daily advertising duration of 1 hour, your advertisement will appear approximately 120 spots in one day, totaling 840 spots over the 7 days.
*Note: The frequency of advertisements is still based on the budget that the client can allocate, but there must be at least one advertising plan per week.

4.1. No Sound in Advertisements
According to Clause 2, Article 28 of Advertising Law 16/2012/QH13, it is clearly stated that “When advertising on specialized outdoor advertising screens, sound cannot be used“.
4.2. Permit Required
According to Document No. 2310/BVHTTDL-VHCS, advertising forms such as Banroll, wall-mounted Pano, and advertisements on means of transportation,… do not require advertising permits, but it is still mandatory to submit the advertising content to the local cultural department for approval. However, to install and implement advertising on outdoor LED screens, a complete permit application must be submitted.
